Website terms of use
By using this website you agree to these terms. They apply to the website only — your care at the practice is governed by the treatment plans and policies we agree with you in person.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Chester Road Dental Care Ltd ("we", "us"), trading as Chester Road Dental Care. Registered in England & Wales, company number 09535179. Registered practice address: 11 Chester Road, Poynton, Stockport, Cheshire SK12 1EU. Contact: info@chesterroaddentalcare.co.uk · 01625 876900.
2. Information, not advice
The content of this website is provided for general information about our practice and services. It is not dental or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a consultation with a dental professional. If you have concerns about your oral health, please book an appointment or, in an emergency, follow the guidance on our contact page.
3. Fees and services
Fees shown on this website are our published schedule at the time of writing and are reviewed annually and subject to change. A customised written estimate is provided following formulation of your treatment plan, and that estimate — not this website — forms the basis of any charges. Availability of specific treatments depends on clinical suitability, which is assessed at examination.
4. Online registration form
The online registration form stores your answers on your own device only. Completing the form does not create a dentist–patient relationship, does not constitute registration with the practice, and does not reserve or book an appointment. Registration is completed when the practice confirms it with you and you attend your first examination.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website — including text, photographs, the Chester Road Dental Care name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Chester Road Dental Care Ltd. You may view, download and print pages for your personal use. You may not reproduce or use content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6. Reviews and testimonials
Patient reviews shown on this website are genuine reviews published by patients on Google and Facebook, reproduced in good faith. They reflect individual experiences; outcomes of dental treatment vary from person to person.
7. External links
This website links to external sites (for example Google, Facebook, Instagram, the NHS, the CQC and Agilio/CODEplan). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external websites.
8. Availability and liability
We aim to keep this website accurate and available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in our privacy policy. This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
