Lisa-Marie graduated from The University of Manchester in 2009, joined Chester Road in 2010 and has owned the practice since Eric Truesdale retired in 2011. Under her care the practice has grown and cemented an outstanding reputation — retaining patients who travel significant distances. She's a familiar face in the community, working closely with local nurseries, schools and care homes.

John graduated with Honours from Peninsula (Plymouth & Exeter) in 2014 and worked as a Senior House Officer in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Gloucester Royal Hospital. A member of the Royal College of Surgeons, he completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Oral Surgery in 2023, mentors newly qualified dentists, and is trained in IV sedation and anti-snoring devices.

A local girl from Bollington and a Poynton High School graduate, Ella first qualified as a dental technician at The University of Manchester before graduating in dentistry from Peninsula (Plymouth & Exeter) in 2014. She joined Chester Road in 2021 and has moved back to Cheshire to raise her young family.
